Board Certified Neurologist
Dr. Steve-Felix Belinga is a board-certified general neurologist in Fort Smith, AR.
He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine (WashU), in 2008 and completed his neurology residency program at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center under Dr. Joseph Berger in 2012. So good was the training in Kentucky that he successfully passed his Board exam without studying, and in half the time allotted in 2012.
His full time employment began at Mercy Hospital and Clinic in Fort Smith. He worked at Mercy Clinic Neurology and Mercy Hospital Fort Smith for six years, where he built the neurology service and the Primary Stroke Center.
He was also Service Chief of Neurology, Stroke Program Director, Medicine II Department Chair, Medical Executive Committee Member, and Member of the 4-state Stroke Collaborative Initiative.

He now has his own clinic in the heart of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Dr. Belinga specializes in identifying and treating neurological diseases and symptoms such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, neuropathy, dizziness, tremors, migraines, and many more.
He has owned The Belinga Clinic for nearly 7 years now. The clinic has expanded to 3 main locations (Fort Smith & Russellville, AR as well as Wagoner, OK). The 4th one will be in Dallas, TX.
